How can I book a motorhome?

What documents are required to rent a motorhome?
- You will need to have your ID, a passport for rentals outside Greece, a valid driver’s license, and a credit card (with the cardholder’s name matching the renter’s name).
- Our vehicles are delivered only when all terms and conditions are met, and the payment process is completed.
How is the payment made?
To pick up a vehicle, the reservation must be paid, and the deposit must be secured.
Payment for the reservation and additional services can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at our main office. You can either pay the full amount upfront or make a 50% deposit.
The deposit is secured upon vehicle pickup through your credit/debit card or via bank transfer.
What are the cancellation fees?
- Cancellation up to 60 days before the booking date: Full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation up to 45 days before the booking date: 75% of the deposit is refunded.
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the booking date: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- Cancellation within the last 15 days: 100% of the deposit is withheld.
Our service charge of €120 per rental includes the following:
- Gas bottles for cooking and heating.
- Toilet chemicals for waste decomposition and odor neutralization.
- Thorough interior preparation and complete disinfection before pickup.
- Exterior cleaning of the vehicle upon return.
- Full set of kitchen utensils (pots, plates, glasses, cutlery).
- Detailed guidance on the proper use and operation of the vehicle to ensure a pleasant and comfortable trip.
The interior of the vehicle is cleaned before delivery and must be returned in the same clean condition.
Driver Regulations and Age Restrictions
Additional Drivers
Any additional driver can be registered during the vehicle pickup. The same terms and conditions that apply to the primary renter also apply to additional drivers. The primary driver remains responsible for the vehicle.
Minimum Age and Driver’s License Requirements
- Drivers must be between 23 and 80 years old.
- A Category B license is required for vehicles with a total permitted weight of up to 3,500 kg.
- A Category C license is required for vehicles over 3,500 kg.
- Drivers with Category B or C licenses must have held their license for at least three years.
Rental Period and Mileage Limits
Minimum Rental Period
- The minimum rental period is 3 days throughout the year, except for July and August, when it is 5 days.
- For shorter rental periods due to special circumstances, prior agreement is required.
Daily Mileage Limits
- For rentals from 3 to 5 days, the mileage limit is 200 km per day.
- Any additional kilometer costs €0.30 per km.
- For rentals over 5 days, the mileage is unlimited. (Valid only for routes within Greece)
Where can I park the motorhome overnight? What are the legal regulations in Greece?
With a motorhome, you can park anywhere a regular car can. However, Greek law prohibits free camping, which includes:
- Setting up the awning.
- Using outdoor tables and chairs.
- Engaging in activities that indicate camping.
Some municipalities are more lenient, while others enforce the law strictly. It is important to familiarize yourself with local regulations to avoid fines.
Insurance and Travel Abroad
Insurance Coverage
All our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance.
Travel Abroad
- For international travel, additional comprehensive insurance is required at the renter’s expense (Please contact us for the exact cost, it varies depending on the destination).
- The policy includes 200 km per day; any extra kilometer is charged €0.30 per km.
- International roadside assistance is provided through each vehicle’s extended insurance coverage.
- Traveling to war zones or disaster areas is strictly prohibited.
Check-In and Check-Out Procedures
Check-In
- The check-in process takes approximately 90 minutes. During this time, you will receive comprehensive guidance on the vehicle's features and usage.
- Vehicle pickup takes place exclusively at our premises during working hours.
- In special cases, such as flight arrivals outside our schedule, arrangements can be made.
Check-Out
- Please adhere to the agreed return times and dates.
- Returning the vehicle after 12:00 and before 16:00 incurs a fee of €30.
- Returning after 16:00 and before 21:00 results in a half-day charge.
- If the vehicle is returned after 21:00, a full day charge applies, plus potential compensation if reserved by another customer.
- Early or late pickup and drop-off are available for an additional fee of €60.
- If the vehicle is delivered with a full chemical toilet cassette, there is an additional charge of €30 which is deducted from the warranty.
Smoking, Pets, and Safety Guidelines
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the motorhome and the driver’s cabin.
Pets
Small dogs are allowed only with prior approval and are subject to an additional fee of €150 + VAT (24%) for biological cleaning, ensuring hygiene and safety.
Safety in Case of an Accident
- Immediately notify the company and do not accept any third-party claims without instructions from us.
In Case of Theft
- Contact the police (100) immediately and then notify the company.
In Case of Fire
- Call the fire department (199) and, if safe, attempt to extinguish the fire using the vehicle’s fire extinguishers. Then contact the company for guidance.
Offers and Discounts
- 10-day rental: Free camping and beach set.
- 15-day rental: Free camping set, beach set, and service charges waived.
- 21-day rental: Free camping set, beach set, waived service charges, plus a 5% discount on the rental cost.
- Early booking (6 months in advance): 10% discount.
